You will:

• Focus on the Centric StratATecture offering (our integrated business architecture and organization design approach) and/or the Enterprise
• Discovery, Alignment, and Roadmapping (EDAR) offering
• Build the methodology, tools, and templates for the assigned capability
• Leverage best practices, lessons learned, and emerging industry trends to continuously develop and improve our approaches, leveraging industry-aligned benchmarking and best practices with internal expertise
• Oversee or manage relationships with software providers who we use to deliver our services
• Sponsor and promote the knowledge management and retention practices to collect examples and engagement artifacts demonstrating our expertise
• Identify, develop and mentor consultants across our National teams and Business Units who are providing SAA services  
• Host and facilitate internal skill-building opportunities (SAA Community of Practice, SAA training course, etc.)
