Business Consulting Services Practice Manager 

Manage the backlog of internal projects (sales content, tools, playbooks, or solutions) necessary for establishing or maturing the practice.

You will:

  • Identify priority solutions as a result of sales trends, inputs, and requests from partners, account managers, and other practice leaders
  • Research and collect delivery artifacts from previous engagements
  • Interview internal SMEs affiliated with past projects to collect stories, insights, and knowledge
    Outline framework and approaches to common client business scenarios and pain points, including sales materials and playbooks
  • Provide analyst support in conducting external and competitor benchmarking, as needed
  • Test materials, tools, and playbooks with internal audiences
  • Maintain sales materials, continuously updated with new content
  • Manage bench project execution, including identifying who will work on projects, driving the tracking and schedule of internal milestones and due dates, and supporting project execution activities as needed
